Day in the Life of a Ranger

Sam Weinman of the New York Journal has an interesting piece on the New York Rangers game day regimen...

"The Rangers' success in a given game hinges on much of what you'd expect: goaltending, hustle, a certain amount of luck. Then there are the factors you might not consider: whether defenseman Jason Strudwick has enough A-1 sauce with his pregame meal; whether or not one of alternate captain Brendan Shanahan's three children disrupts his afternoon nap; or whether left wing Ryan Hollweg has picked out the right new moves for his customary dressing-room dance..."

...great piece by Weinman which really gives the Ranger fan insight into what the players do on game day. A must read.

...also accompanying this article is a video and photos.
