In TSN's latest poll they have the Rangers ranked #2, up from #3 last week...2. New York Rangers - A big deal was made about the slow start of C Scott Gomez who was, incidentally, the Rangers' leading scorer in November with 15 points in 14 games. Now it's a matter of waking up Jaromir Jagr who is the team's leading scorer with only 21 points in 26 games. Key Injuries: LW Sean Avery (wrist).
...obviously, this ranking came out before last night's game. If it came out after they might not be in the top 10.
...even without last night's stinker, I still think they have the Rangers ranked a bit high. Only because of their lack of offense.
