Callahan Down; Dawes and Moore Up

According to Sam Weinman at The Rangers Report, Ryan Callahan has been sent down to Hartford and Nigel Dawes and Greg Moore have been called up...

"For the second time in a month, Ryan Callahan has been sent down to Hartford, with Nigel Dawes and Greg Moore both back on their way up. Callahan, of course, never actually made it to Hartford when he was sent down on paper the first time. But as he’s struggled to score since returning from his knee injury, it’s safe to say he’ll be going there for sure this time."

...with both Straka and Shanahan suffering injuries on Saturday you had to figure this move might be made, especially with Callahan's struggles.

...hopefully, the Rangers will give Dawes a chance to succeed now that he is back up with the Rangers. Might be nice to see him on the second line with Shanahan (if he plays) and Drury with Avery sliding down to the third line.
