Rangers to Open Next Season in Prague

According to John Dellapina at The Blueshirts Blog, the NHL will anounce during All-Star weekend that the Rangers will open up next season in Prague with two games against the Tampa Bay Lightning...

"While awaiting the formal announcement during All-Star Weekend that they will be opening next season with two games in Prague vs. Tampa Bay, the Rangers are beginning to formulate plans for next September.

It appears as if they will open training camp at the MSG Training Center a few days early and eventually move their base of operations to Bern, Switzerland, to complete camp and play some exhibition games against European club teams.

They’ll then move to Prague to take on the Lightning while Ottawa and Pittsburgh are opening the season in Stockholm."
