Silent Sather

In his New York Post article today, Larry Brooks mentions Glen Sather's refusal to speak with the media...

"...the GM (Sather) rejected a formal request to take questions about the underachieving ninth-place team he constructed over the summer. Sather has not spoken to the New York press about the team all season.

It would be interesting to know what Sather thinks of Chris Drury, who continues to struggle. It would be interesting to know what the GM makes of Marek Malik's one-game banishment. It would be useful to hear his take as the Feb. 26 trade deadline approaches..."

...what's up with Sather? I wouldn't mind hearing what's going in his head. Not sure why he refuses to speak with the media on the state of this team. He's probably afraid he'll get ripped for all of the terrible signings he's made over the years.

...I think the fans deserve to hear from Sather at least once every couple of months. C'mon Glen, give us something, anything.
