Fritsche In for Rissmiller

Dan Fritshe will get his first start of the season on the left wing of the third line, tonight against the New Jersey Devils. Fritsche was inserted in the line-up after Tom Renney determined that Patrick Rissmiller's injured ankle was too severe for him to play tonight.

This marks the second straight game that both Prucha and Dawes will be sitting in the press box.

When Steve Zipay at Blue Notes asked if he wrestled with the decision between Dawes and Fritsche, Renney said 'big time.' He also noted 'It's been too long for Danny. I think Danny will play strong, get in on the forecheck.'

...alright Fritsche I've been calling for you to start since the first game. Don't let me down.
