Fox Sports has ranked the Rangers #3 in their power rankings for the week of November 3. They were #6 last week.
3. Rangers - The Rangers had a great start to Week 4, winning their first two games to extend their winning streak to four straight. But then the roof caved in their final game of the week when the Blueshirts surrendered five goals in the span of 5:21 in the third period, allowing the Maple Leafs to skate away with a 5-2 victory.
...the Rangers are going to drop like a stone in this power ranking if they don't turn it around real quick.

Haha that is true that they will drop far, but obviously they are not (and should not be) trying to win so that they can get higher in the Fox Sports Power Rankings.
