...i said this last night, I appreciate the effort and it looks like the Rangers are taking to Tortorella's system very quickly, but if they continue to crap down their leg on every scoring chance does it really matter?
...soft goal by Lundqvist to tie it at one, but it's hard to blame him when he has to play every game knowing if he makes one mistake it could be the difference.
...the Rangers have scored two goals or less in 12 of their last 14 games. Yikes!!!
...Redden had his second straight strong performance. I was only kidding last night when I said maybe Redden's poor play this year was Renney's fault, but who knows maybe it was.
...with the loss and a Carolina win the Rangers are now only one point from falling to ninth place and being out of the playoffs.
...the struggling Avalanche, who Martin Brodeur shut-out in his first game back tonight, come to town on Saturday night.
