Steve Zipay at Blue Notes says that two of his sources have said John Tortorella is on the way and that Glen Sather is attempting to finalize a deal.

Zipay has player reaction including this from Chris Drury...

Jane McManus at The Rangers Report says the new coach will almost 100 percent certainly be John Tortorella, and gives an outline of how this morning's events unfolded.

...it seems like most Ranger fans wanted a hard ass in here. If they bring in Tortorella, you've definitely got one.
