Voros Having a Tough Year

Sean Leahy at Puck Daddy looks at Aaron Voros's tough first year on Broadway which has included no goals since November, being jumped by Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Mike Smith, and most recently purposely being challenged to a fight by St. Louis' Cam Janssen because he knew he would be victorious and be able to swing the momentum of the game in front of the home fans.

For more on Janssen purposely seeking out Voros visit Scotty Hockey.

...earlier this year I really thought Voros was going to be a fan favorite. He grew up a rabid Ranger fan in Vancouver even wearing Ranger apparel to school after the 1994 Stanley Cup Finals. He starts the year with five goals and four assists in his first eight games, and we all thought we had Avery's replacement.

...then in November he remembered he was Aaron Voros and it's been all downhill from there.
