Voros, Mara Out; Rangers Claim Bell

Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants gives these line combinations for tonight's game against Toronto. Notable is Aaron Voros being a healthy scratch and Paul Mara still being out with a shoulder injury...

Naslund-Gomez-Zherdev
Dubinsky-Drury-Callahan
Dawes-Korpikoski-Prucha
Sjostrom-Betts-Orr

Staal-Girardi
Redden-Rozsival
Kalinin-Reitz

Gross has a second post on the Rangers claiming ex-Maple Leaf F Mark Bell, who plays a similar style to Sean Avery. Gross adds the Rangers may have determined that Avery just isn't ready to play in the NHL and won't be before the March 4 deadline. So they pulled the trigger on Bell.

Rick Carpiniello at The Rangers Report says to look for the fourth line to get a lot less ice time tonight, while the top guys will see a lot more.

...the one question I have with the line-up is putting Redden and Rozsival together. However, love the energy line with Dawes-Korpikoski-Prucha.

...wonder if Tortorella's dislike of Avery had anything to do with the signing of Bell.
