Greg Wyshynski at Puck Daddy wonders if Sean Avery's future with the Rangers may change with John Tortarella behind the bench, as he recalls Tortorella's comments on Avery after the 'sloppy seconds' incident...

...it should be interesting to see how this plays out.
...i wanted the Rangers to bring in Avery to create a spark with this team. However, with Tortorella coming in I don't think they need Avery to do that anymore. The Rangers need goal scoring and Avery doesn't fill that void.
