Antropov Sees Difference Between Rangers and Maple Leafs

Nik Antropov spoke with Mike Zeisberger at the Toronto Sun about the differences between the Rangers and Maple Leafs...

"The whole team is really close here," Antropov said in a phone interview. "That's something we never really had in Toronto the past few years.

"One of the reasons is all the new faces we had with the Leafs in the last two or three years. And then there were different coaches, different systems. That all plays a part in it.

"It's not a shot at Toronto. I loved my time there. But I did notice the difference when I got here."

Antropov also discusses Sean Avery and John Tortorella's system.

...should be interesting to see if the Rangers are able to re-sign Antropov this summer. The Rangers cap situation along with the vast number of Ranger free agents this summer (Dubinsky, Zherdev, Callahan, Sjostrom, Morris and Mara) will make it difficult.

Im a big Antropov fan, even before he got to NY, but rangers should not re-sign him. He will cost too much and not work hard enough. Save some cash up and get boumeester or pray for Kovalchuk
