Lundqvist Jarred At Practice

Steve Zipay at Blue Notes reports on a scary incident at practice today when Nik Antropov skated in front of Henrik Lundqvist and clipped his left shoulder.

Lundqvist laid on his stomach, kicking his skates, then skated to the side boards and when he returned to the net, was flexing his left glove arm/shoulder for several minutes.

Zipay later reported that that Lunqvist was fine saying...

"My neck was jammed," he said. "Not my shoulder."

Lundqvist also took a couple shots off the mask, and a strap broke at one point.

...geez can we not injure our star goalie please.
