Scotty Hockey reports that the Rangers will be handing out rally towels tonight instead of the ridiculous "Thunder Sticks" they gave out for Game 3....you have to assume this is in response to the ridicule the organization received for the amateurish "Thunder Sticks."

Just for the record, after the Rangers poor performance the night the Thundersticks were present, we opted to dub them 'blundersticks'.

I'm going tonight and if i had to get thundersticks (which a 12 year old enjoy) i would have not been happy. Now i get to enjoy a beer in one hand and have the rally towel in the other!
Ah come on, at least the Garden is handing out SOMETHING to get the fans even more pumped.
The one thing about playoff season I'm NOT a fan of is that Rangers fans don't create a sea of blue in the stands. Every other stadium coordinates colors 100% so all you see is the home teams color.
I guess us NYers are too cool. Fair enough.
YEA! I did not like those sticks, and they all ended up being thrown at the end of the game. I like the towels much better.
