Steve Zipay at Blue Notes reports that Henrik Lundqvist and Brian Boyle were the only Rangers to skate at Mellon Arena this morning in Pittsburgh meaning Boyle (-2 and two lost fights last night) will be a healthy scratch tonight, with Aaron Voros taking his place.
...someone had to take the fall for last night and Boyle seemed like an obvious candidate.
Zipay adds that Lundqvist skating would indicate that Steve Valiquette gets the start, but Lundqvist may have just wanted to get some work in after being pulled last night.
...man I'm hoping Lundqvist just wanted some extra work.
