Update, 1:40 p.m.:
Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants adds that Wade Redden (right shoulder/arm) skated on his own for about 20 minutes for an hour-long practice. He listed himself as day to day and said while he hopes to play Saturday at Buffalo, he’s not 100 percent sure.

Steve Zipay at Blue Notes reports that both Donald Brashear and Wade Redden missed today's practice.
...not sure why the Rangers would have sent Sanguinetti down if Redden wasn't ready to return today. As far as Brashear goes he can miss as many practices and games as he likes.
