Larry Brooks in his blog Slap Shots says that the answer to both the Rangers' backup goaltending situation and the team's lack of toughness might be found in former Ranger back-up Dan Cloutier...
"If Cloutier proves healthy over the next few weeks, the Rangers should seriously consider bringing him back to Broadway for an encore. There’s no better teammate.
No tougher one, either."
...i feel like I've seen this mentioned somewhere else...hmmmm...Oh yeah, I said the same thing last week. A little late on that suggestion Brooks.
This wouldn't be the first time Brooks is accused of getting an idea from another source.
