Lisin Scratched; Johnson Back

Steve Zipay at Blue Notes reports that Enver Lisin, who yesterday was said to be back in the line-up, will sit in favor P.A. Parenteau tonight against the Sabres.

...so much for Lisin getting a much needed chance to prove himself.

Meanwhile, John Tortorella says that he hasn't ruled out Brandon Dubinsky for M0nday night's against the Thrashers...

"He's close....he's chomping at the bit," Torts said of Dubinsky, who is practice with a plastic guard to protect his right hand, which he broke in Calgary on Nov. 7. "He won't play tonight. Monday? You never know. I can't guarantee it."

Finally, newyorkrangers.com notes that G Chad Johnson has been recalled from Hartford with Matt Zaba being sent back down.

Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants has more pre-game notes here.
