Gaborik in Full Equipment; Callahan Missing (Updated)

Update, 1:30 p.m.:
Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants describes a scary scene at practice today when Henrik Lundqvist took a Brian Boyle slap shot just under his mask. Lundqvist threw down his stick, clutched at his throat and immediately skated off the ice to the trainer’s room, with Boyle following him.

Lundqvist said later he felt pain, then couldn’t breathe, then felt dizzy...

“I’m fine,” said Lundqvist, who was asked if he felt shock immediately. “More pain. You don’t get shocked when you get hit as a goalie. It’s part of the job.”

Gross also reports that Tortorella said Callahan would be able to play tomorrow after skipping today’s practice as a maintenance day

Original Post:
Steve Zipay tweets that Marian Gaborik skated for 20 minutes before practice in full equipment.

While Andrew Gross adds that Ryan Callahan is not on the ice at practice this morning after needing stitched to his right ankle Monday night. Todd White is taking his spot on the Anisimov line.

...more good news on Gaborik. Assuming Callahan sitting is more precautionary than anything.
